Small Animal Surgery Specialist

Katherine graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008 and after graduation completed a rotating and surgical internship with Queensland Veterinary Specialists. She relocated to Melbourne in 2013 and completed a residency in small animal surgery and Masters of Veterinary Studies in January 2016.

We are pleased to announce that Katherine is now a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons and is an ECVS Board Certified Small Animal Surgeon.

Katherine joined the BVSC surgery team in April 2016. She maintains an interest in all aspects of small animal surgery, but has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery and oncology.

She has two dogs, a greyhound and a hound cross and in her spare time enjoys the great outdoors –  mountain biking, camping and hiking.
